NEW LOCOMOTIVES ORDERED (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 6. The London, Midland, and Scottish Railway, the 1935 renewal programme of which provides for the building of 118 locomotives at its own works, has decided. to place orders for an additional 150 locomotives with Armstrong, Whitworth at Newcastle and the Vulcan Foundry Company, Lancashire.
