FLOODS ALL OVER THE WORLD It is going to rain mom.during the next two years. Then there will be great floods all over the .-world', lasting from 1936 to -1938. These are the predictions made by Captain F. J. «J. See, professor of Mathematics ,in the United States Navy. He says he bases his forecasts on the effect of huge sunspots. Since the decrease of sunspots began in 1928,’’ Captain ’ See says, “ very great droughts have ‘ been observed m nearly all the countries of the globe, notably the drought of 1930, in the Mississippi Valley, l which accentuated the evils of the depression, and that of 1933, which delayed 1 agricultural recovery. ‘ » “ But now large sunspots have reappeared, and will increase for the next four years, yielding vast floods, m 1936-38, and an increasing rainfall this year and next, after which the floods will become notable, as during the Mississippi floods, of 1928.-i
