BOND FRAUDS
SWINDLERS CAUGHT PARIS, July 18. A long-sought band of international stock forgers has been run to earth by combined action on the part of French and Italian secret service officials. After a three months’ chase by the best detectives of both countries all over Southern Europe, six members of the ring were caught red-handed- today, two being arrested in Paris and four in Milan , It has already been proved that the hand had forged share certificates of the Paris underground railways, the Lens Minin , Corporal'mi. rnrl the Suez-Canal Corp —lion, and had succeeded in disposing of these for several million francs.
