SKI ACCIDENT AT BALL PASS. Miss Dorothy Wilkins, one of the skiers who had’ intended to compete in the Grand National ski championships at Mount'Cook' this week; injured her ankle while ski-ing on the Ball Pass yesterday, and had to ;be helped down the pass to the Ball Hut by relays of men skiers from an altitude of about 5,000 feet.
