KIDNAPPERS SENTENCED AMERICAN LEGAL METHODS SPEEDED UP Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LOS ANGELES, May 13. The three kidnappers of Mr William Gettle, the oil well millionaire, pleaded guilty, and were sentenced to life imprisonment. Tho State prosecutor gave them tho option of pleading guilty or demanding trial by jury, which might send them to the electric chair. They chose the former, and the judge immediately imposed sentence.
