George_ Kathistideo and Peter Lambert, proprietors of'the Blue Bird Cafe, and Giordano Zombon, an employee, were convicted and ordered ta pay costs, the police stating that they would not press for a heavy penalty but would bo satisfied with the conviction being brought under the notice or other restaurant keepers and the public.
