The authorities are inspecting Paris cellars with a view to their possible use as bomb and gas-proof shelters.
It is expected that the Government will issue a decree in the next few months that every man, woman,, and child in the densely populated areas must have a mask. Seventy big factories at Lyons and Troyes are working full speed stitching masks..
