INSULL BREAKS DOWN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CHICAGO, May 7. Samuel Instill lost his composure and broke down and wept when he learned that he must stay behind prison bars until his trial on numerous indictments of larceny and embezzlement involving some dollars. Insull has been ordered into the gaol hospital owing to ill-health.
