LONDON TALLOW MARKET. The Bank of New Zealand lias received the following advice from its London office, under date 9th inst.: — The demand is quiet. Current quotations are; Good mutton, 20s 6d to 21s per cwt; good beef, 18s to 18s 6d; good mixed, 17s 6d to 18s; gut, los to 16s. RUN OVER BY LORRY. An Invercargill Association message states that Jack Parry sustained severe head injury and a broken leg through falling from the shaft of a lorry, which passed over him. The horses got out of control, and the accident occurred while he was endeavouring to recover the mins. He was admitted to hospital in a serious condition. SYDNEY STOCK EXCHANGE.
