NEW ZEALAND TEAM CYCLIST TO BE INCLUDED. [Per United Press Association.! WELLINGTON, May 8. The New Zealand Olympic and British Empire Games Council, at a special meeting to-night, decided to include one cyclist in the New Zealand team for the Empire Games and to ask the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association to make a selection from G. R. Giles afld F. J. Grose (of Christchurch) and M. P. Byrnes (of Auckland), the three cyclists who have already been nominated. Five cyclists were originally nominated, but these were passed over in the original selection of the team owing to the nonconipliauce of the authorities with certain conditions.
