GOOD TEMPLARY
Tho weekly meeting of the Rescue Lodge, No. 10.3, -was held in the Oddfellows’ Hall. Kensington. In the absence of the C.T., Bro. E. Brooks, V.T., presided over a good attendance of members and visitors. Correspondence was received from Grand Lodge, also the relatives of the late Bfo. Stanley. One candidate was initiated and accorded a welcome. The reports on tho juvenile sessions show both temples to be progressing favourably. The election of officers for the ensuing quarter resulted : Chief Templar. Sister M. Thomas,; V.T., Bro. R. Hall; F.S.. Sister E. Brooks; secretary, Bro. E. J. lies; assistant secretary, Sister Mercer; chaplain. Sister M. Dougal; treasurer, Bro.- T. N. Dalton; marshal, Sister G. Racklcy; deputy-marshal, Sister E. Duncan; guard, Sister M. Coates; sentinel, Sister Mrs Donaldson; organists Sisters Morwnod, M'Millan, and M. Dougal; reporter, Bro. E. J. lies. Satisfactory reports of the various committees wore received. Tho installation of officers was carried out by R.D. Bro. J. Hilton, assisted by Bros. R. Mercer and E. Brooks as installing marshal and deputy-marshal respectively. Fraternal greetings were tendered by Hope of Dunedin Lodge (Sister Beath) and Hope of Cavcrsham Lodge (Bro. Churchill).
