The, Ha worn branch of the New Zealand Ifccl Cross Society at its anniial meeting to-day passed a motion of iio confidence in the present administration of the Sooth Taranaki Council. A further resolution was carried that the branch go into recess pending a definite declaration of administrative policy ly the newly-formed New Zealand society and a reconciliation of the contending factions on the controlling executive, as well as an adjustment of the society’s present unsatisfactory financial position. “ Do you think I might sing in public now?" “ Yes.’’ answered the singing master; “ I don’t see why yon shouldn’t join in singing the National Anthem.’’
