A meeting of about 100 members of the Auckland Drivers’ Union unanimously passed a resolution regarding their “ refusal to participate in any war that may break out at any time in the near future.” The opinion was expressed by members, amongst whom were a number of returned soldiers_ that there was general dissatisfaction over the delay with respect to disarmament. Conferences had been held for the last sixteen years, but nothing definite had been done.—Press Association.
