On behalf of the city, the mayor (the Rev. E. T. Cox) wishes to thank the Mayor of Waikouaiti (Mr A. Fell) for all that he has done to help those associated with the running of the chilhealth camp at Waikouaiti. Mr Foil did everything in his power to ensure the success of the youngsters’ holiday, and his efforts are much appreciated.
