ANOTHER STRATOSPHERE FLIGHT PLANNED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright* LONDON", February 3. “ Convinced that the future of air transport lies in the stratosphere, and undeterred by the disaster to the Sirius, we are planning yet another great stratosphere flight in May,”Professor Prokoffiev told the 1 Daily Express’s ’ Berlin correspondent by telephone from Moscow. The professor was a member of the crew of the balloon which reached a height of 11J miles in October. He said that the new form of balloon will avoid a repetition of ,the Siriua tragedy.
