(Received February 3, at 10 a.m.) “ Rancistes ” is the name given to 10,000 French Fascists, whose leader, Bucart, a fiery, dark-haired man haying a gallant record, announces their objectives. Firstly, overthrow of parliamentarism by armed force if necessary; secondly, a corporate Fascist State; and thirdly, friendship with Fascist Germany and Italy.” ‘ Qnotidien ’ states : “ Collectivism and Capitalism differ in spirit. Both produce unemployment, hut a corporate State is the "synthesis of order and liberty. France needs a unified high command under a directorate of five persons.” .• , . ,
