(Received February 3, at 1 a.m.) Eugene Daniells was convicted on the charge of Stock Exchange bombing. : [A few minutes after noon on August 5 the Wall street financial district was thrown into the utmost confusion as gas , from ingeniously placed bombs flooded the central trading lobby of the Stock Exchange, driving some ■ 2,000 brokers, clerks, and attendants into nearby streets. Practically all the occupants suffered from irritated throats, violent coughing, and inflamed eyes. Late the same night the police raided ' the headquarters of the “ Commoners and International Party,” a practically unknown political: organisation, and arrested the leader, Eugene Daniells, aged twentyeight.] ■- •'
