M. DALADIER'S CABINET
UNUSUAL COMBINATION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, January 30. (Received Jaunary 31, at 10.5 a.in.) M. Daladier has formed his Cabinet, taking the portfolio of Foreign Affairs himself. His Cabinet includes: M. Penancier, Minister of Justice. M. Eugene Frot, Minister of the Interior. M. Fabry, Minister of War. M. Cot, Minister of Air. M. De Jouvenal, Minister of the Colonies. M. Mistier, Minister of Commerce. M. Chappedelaine, Minister of the Navy.
The Cabinet includes eight members of the Chantemps Ministry whose names were not mentioned in the Stavisky affair.
M. Daladier unprecedentedly achieved a concentration of the Left, the Centre, and the Right, excluding extremists. He says; “ I have formed a Government of reform and republican authority. W© arc determined to end, if necessary with brutal rapidity, the errors which have disturbed the country.”

SATISFACTION IN LONDON,
LONDON, January 30. Satisfaction is felt in London that M. Daladier has undertaken to form a Cabinet. Though he is resolutely opposed to German rearmament on a large scale he is an advocate of directtalks between Paris and Berlin.
