MOTOR DRIVER SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES.
George Kennode, aged fifty-seven, who was injured when the car he was driving fell down a bank for more than 30ft off the main road, north of Johnsonvillo on the evening of .January 13, died in the Wellington Hospital early this morning. The police are investigating an allegation that the car was forced over the bank by a heavy vehicle travelling in the same direction .—Press Association^
