NAPIER HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT. The Napier Harbour Board has completed negotiations for the purchase of the Wellington Harbour Board’s dredge Whakariri, .which will commence dredging at the Napier breakwater in about three ; weeks’ time, thereby undertaking the first portion of the harbour development scheme (states’ an Association message from Napier). Llewellyn John Williams, aged 31, was charged in the Police Court this morning with assaulting his wife.
