CAIRO, January 29. - (Received January 30, at 10.30 a.m.) The Archbishop of Sinai telegraphed to the British Museum the return of the Codex Sinaiticus, which the “ British public must know belongs to the monastery of Mount Sinai. ’ The telegram did not mention payment.
