OUTBREAK OF RIOTING i Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MADRID, January 28. (Received January 29, at 12.30 p.m. Crying “ Long live the King,” students rioted in Madrid, where they douched the university vice-rector with a bucket of water and smashed the furniture. The Republican Students’ Union at Seville rioted, resulting in several arrests and the closing of the university. Small bombs weer thrown at the university building at Valencia, destroying furniture.
