CAVERSHAM MEETING
The Cavershum Harrier and Amateur Athletic Club held its first championship meeting of the season at the Caledonian Ground on Tuesday'night. Good fields contested the various events, and some excellent finishes were witnessed. In the half-mile Donovan went to the front in the first lap and increased his lead in the second lap to slave off a' strong challenge by Morris by two yards. A close finish in the hundred between Smith and Miller resulted in a wir) for the' former by inches. Results : 100 YARDS. First heat: W. Smith 1, J. Ramsay 2, K. Donovan 3. Time, llsec.
