GROCERS' JUBILEE PICNIC
The Dunedin grocers will, on Monday, January 22, celebrate their jubilee picnic at Mosgiel. As it is a unique occasion a strong committee has been formed under the leadership of Mr W. J. Reunick (president) and Mr W. J. MTntyre (secretary) to carry out the arrangements. Hot water, sugar, tea, and milk will be supplied free on picnic grounds. There will be a baby show and abundance of toys for the children, donated by Cadbury, Fry, Hudson Ltd. The Jubilee Committee requests all past and present members of the grocery trade to attend and have a good day’s outing. All grocery shops will be closed on Monday. The Porbury School Brass Band will be in attendmice.
