(Received January 18, at 10.30 a.m.) Victoria, South Australia, and parts of this State are experiencing a heat wave. Adelaide yesterday registered 107 degrees and Melbourne 101 degrees. Sydney’s temperature was only 81 degrees, but the country centres recorded up to 105 degrees. Mellee (Victoria) recorded 112 degrees. Adelaide topped the century on four consecutive days. '
