Charlotte Toogood, £5 6s 2d, rates. ORDER FOR POSSESSION. An order for possession of a tenement in George street on or before January 25 was made in favour of the Public Trustee against Harriet Braithwaite. Judgment for £2 17s 5d (arrears in rent) was also entered. v JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Thomas Rutherford was ordered to pay the Reliable Loan and Investment Corporation Ltd. £5 10s, with costs (10s), in default six days’ imprisonment.
