NAZI ORGANISATION MEMORANDUM TO LEAGUE. LONDON, January .15. (Received January 16, at 1.5 .p.m.) A Frankfurt message states: The “ German Front,” a Nazi organisation in the. Saar, has sent a memorandum to the League denying the report'of the Saar governing commission, and declaring that the commission had violated neutrality and demanding a full investigation.—London ‘ Times ’ cable. REIGN OF NAZI TERRORISM LONDON, January 16. (Received January 16, at 1.5 p.m.) The ‘ Sunday Times ’ states that the Saar basin, in which the League will hold a plebiscite in 1935 to determine whether the area should go to Germany or France, is in the grip of a reign of Nazi terrorism 1 .
