THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.)’ DEFAULT CASES. Judgment for plaintiffs was given uf the following undefended cases; —Reid’* Garage v. M. Lahood, £l2 2s 7d, balance of account; the South -Island Traders’ Agency Ltd. v. W. Murphy, £3 14s Gd. balance of account; J.. Jackson Purdie v. C. Perrins (Christchurch), £2 17s, goods supplied. ORDER FOR POSSESSION. An order for possession was made in the case in which Alexander Campbell proceeded against William Cyril Arthur. The order is to operate on or before December 14, the defendant to pay £ls Ds Od for rent due and costs totalling £3 Is. ■ >
