BASELESS RUMOUR
TROUBLE ON THE HOOD STATEMENT BY ADMIRALTY (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, October 12. (Received October 13, at noon.) The attention of the Admiralty ha.s been drawn to certain rumours of unrest in tho Hood. The Admiralty desires to state that these rumours are an entire fabrication. Tho Admiralty greatly regrets that it should be forced to make this denial of a baseless rumour reflecting on this splendid ship’s company.
