Dr Dollfuss asserts that Fascism does not correctly describe the Austrian Government. Dr Enden, Democrat, will be entrusted with the creation of a new constitution. Dr Dollfuss hopes to include the moderate Nazis and Socialists in his patriotic front. Vice-Chancellor Winkler declares that Austria is determined to retain her independent development and refuses either Italian or German Fascism.
