BELGIAN FRONTIER INCIDENT
BRITISH.SCHOOLBOYS ASSAULTED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 17. A party of English schoolboys returning from a tour of Germany figured in a remarkable incident on the Belgian frontier. Gendarmes ordered four wearing small souvenir Swastika badges to leave the train, kicking two who were asleep. The party was locked in the station for two hours. Belgium last week prohibited the wearing of foreign badges. BRUSSELS, September 16. The Brussels police assert that the boys detained on the frontier have no knowledge of kicking.
