REGROUPING OH CONTINENT FRENCH MINISTER VISITS RUSSIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 11. The Paris correspondent of the ‘ News-Chronicle ’ reports that a flight by the French Air Minister with experts to Russia is regarded as having much significance. It has been suggested that there should bo a regrouping of nations to meet the Hitlerite menace. Russia possesses a great air force, and, with Franco on the other side, such a step would mean simultaneous reprisals in the event of German aggression. This has been the dread of every German strategist.
