LA BARBA AND WATSON Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, January 20. Fidel La Barba signed an agreement to-day to replace Kid Chocolate against Seaman Tom Watson, the British fea-ther-weight title-holder, in a twelveround contest on January 27, the winner to meet Chocolate in February. Chocolate is having his status straightened out with the immigration authorities.
