ST. KILDA BAND
Given fine weather, there should be a large attendance at the Botanical Gardens to-morrow afternoon, when the St. Hilda Band will provide listeners with a musical treat. Included in the numbers to be presented will be the selection ‘ Oberon,’ arranged by the late Alex. Owen. This selection is exceptionally brilliant, and is a thorough test for all sections of the band. The opportunity should not bt lost of bearing these works performed by this brilliant combination. Mr James Dixon will conduct. A collection will be taken at the gates in aid of band funds.
