THE WORLD COURT AMERICA’S' ATTITUDE. Press Association —By Telegraph —Copyright. NEW YORK/ December 11. General James Harbord and Mr John W. Davis, on behalf of the American Foundation, have forwarded a letter to the Senate signed by a large group of representative Democrats and Republicans urging prompt ratification of three pending treaties to bring about the nation’s adherence to the World Court, or at least to settle the issue one way or the other.. It is noted that the matter has been in abeyance for ten years. The letter urged the advisability of membership.
