REVISION OF RULES NECESSARY AUSTRALIA'S ITINERARY ON ENGLISH TOUR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, October 12. (Received October 13, at 12.15 p.m.) Reporting to the Rugby League Council, the joint managers of the Australian-New Zealand tour recommended the Rules Revision Committee to consider the whole matter of the interpretation of rules, as the wide divergence of opinion regarding the rules was the one disappointment of the tour. The report was adopted. The council decided that the first match of the Australian tour of England should ho played on the last Saturday in August‘and the last on New Year’s Day, Tests are to be played on October 10, November 11. and December 1(J. No matches are to be played in the week prior to the tests.
