M‘Donough, £l6 3s, dishonoured cheques and interest; Safety Parking and Service Station v. W. R. Godfrey, £2 17s, goods supplied; Annie Aiuge v. Hugh Murray, 17s Gd, rent due; Wm. Nees and Sons v. William Provan (Naseby), 10s 6d, goods supplied; National Electric and Engineering Co. v. C. Carr (Invercargill), £-1 17s 4d, goods supplied ; New Zealand Express Co. v. Florence M. Marks (Gleuorchy), £3 3s 3d, work done and goods supplied; D. C. Jolly v. Keith Wilson (Moa Elat), £6, board and lodging and money lent; Wm. M’Connell and Son v. Robert M'Neil (Otakou). £9 los 4d, goods supplied; Reliable Loan and Investment Corporation v. Walter Smellie (Green Island), £9 los, money, lent. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Robert Parata was proceeded against by N. Watt, and was ordered to pay £2 16s forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment. Joseph J. Holland (Mosgiel) was ordered to .pay the Reliable Loan and Investment- Corporation £l4 9s forthwith, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as he pays £1 per week.
