DANCE AT PONT
The old-timo dance held in Port Chalmers proved a great success, the Garrison Hall being well filled. Included in the programme were three lucky spot dances, the prizes being kindly donated by Mrs C. Hardy (penpainted toilet set), Mr T. Harrison (two largo roasts of meat), and Mrs O. Piko (a largo box of fancy chocolates). The committee wishes to thank them for their generous gifts. Uagg’s Band supplied the music, and, with the hall so tastefully decorated, the evening proved most enjoyable.
