EUROPEAN ECONOMIC CRISIS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 27. A non-political international conference has been convened, and will be held at Rome in November to discuss the European economic and financial crisis. It has received Signor Mussolini’s approval, but no Italian ■ Ministers have been invited. The British repesentatives will probably include Mr Lloyd George, Mr Winston Churchill, Sir Austen Chamberlain,, and Sir Eric Drummond.
