SUNDAY SERVICES

At First Church the Rev. W. Allen Stevely will preach in the morning on ‘ One of God's Good Gifts.’ At the evening service his subject will be ‘ Music and Faith,’ and the choir will sing the portion of Mendelssohn's ‘ St. Paul ’ dealing with the martyrdom of Stephen. The soloists will be Miss Evelyn Shepard and Mr Alfred Walrasley. Dr Galway will be at the organ. Rev. D. C. Herron will conduct services in Knox Church, when the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be dispensed. The subject of the evening sermon will be ‘ The Man Who Stopped Halfway.’ Retiring offerings will be received for Knox social workers’ fund. The Rev.
