A message from Briston, New Hampshire, states that Sirs Maude Ferguson, he first woman State senator elected in New Hampshire, and a delegate to the Republican National Convention at Chicago last week, was found shot dead in the yard of her home to-night. The medical referee, Dr Garland, brought in a verdict that Mrs Ferguson’s death was duo to suicide.
