TRAIN BOMBED
—.—. OUTRAGE NEAR HARBIN JAPANESE SOLDIERS KILLED. Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. TOKIO, April 13. A train which was approaching bin and carrying 150 Japanese soldiers, was bombed and derailed, fallipg down an embankment. Eleven soldiers_ were killed and nineteen seriously injured. Those who were responsible for the outrage have not been discovered.
