ARRIVED.—ApriI 9. Kartigi, s.s. (7.10 a.m.), 2,347 tons, Macdonald, from Bluff. SAILED.—ApriI 8. Holmdale, s.s. (11.5 p.m.), 681 tons, Holm, for Wanganui via ports. Dp.*u arrival at Port Chalmers from Bluff this morning, the crew of the Kartigi was paid off. The vessel is to lay up indefinitely. Late last night the Holmdale left Dunedin for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Storm is due in to-morrow from Bluff. On Monday she is to load out for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. It was expected that the Poqlta would leave Wellington this morning for Dunedin, where she is due on Monday morning. The ship is to load general cargo here and sail at noon on Tuesday for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. On Thursday evening the Kini left Westport with a coal cargo for Bluff, Dunedin, and Miramar. She is due at this port on Tuesday, and is to sail for the north the same day. The Waimarino left Dunedin early this afternoon for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. Cabled advice has been received that the C. and D. Line steamer Port Victor left Newcastle on Wednesday for Opua, where she is due to-morrow to commence her Homeward loading. She is to complete at Gisborne, Napier, and Wellington, and is to clear Wellington on April 27 for London via Cape Horn and Montevideo. Bringing raw sugar for discharge at Chelsea, the motor ship Larchbank is reported to have cleared Tjilatjap, Java, for Auckland on March 24. She is due at the northern port about April 14. ~ „. , The O.S.K. Line motor ship Brisbane Maru, left Moji on March 29 for Hongkong, Brisbane. Sydney, Melbourne, Wellington, and Auckland. She is due at Wellington on May 2. . . The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor ship Port Alma was expected to be ready to sail from Auckland this morning for London via Cape Horn and Dakar. The Swedish motor ship Bullaren is scheduled to sail from Cape Town on April 19, and Algoa Bay on April 19 for Adelaide, Melbourne, Wellington, and Auckland. THE FERRY SERVICE. The Rangatira, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at G. 45 this moruing, passengers and mails for the south catching the express. THE HERBORG COMING. The tanker Herborg left San Francisco on April 5 for Auckland, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. She is due at Auckland on May 1. THE GOLDEN CROSS. Advice has been received that the American steamer Golden Cross was despatched from Los Angeles on April I with cargo from Pacific Coast ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Melbourne.
