—* A HEW DECREE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, March 16. (Received March 17, at 10 a.m.) The ban on fruit has been lifted. A new decree admits all fruit subject to safeguards. [A message received on March 10 stated: The French Ministry of Agriculture has prohibited the importation of fresh fruits from a number of countries, including New Zealand and Australia, following the introduction of the San Jose louse in cases from the United States.]
