PANDEMONIUM IN REICHSTAG HERR GOEBELS ATTACKS PRESIDENT press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 24. The Berlin correspondent ot ‘ The Times ’ states that Herr Goebels, at the opening of the Reichstag debate on Ihe date ot the elections, said that the nation had elected President Hindenburg because he wished to serve the cause of Nationalism. He had done the opposite, and had gone with the Middle Left. He had earned the praise of the gutter Press and deserters. The Socialists shouted: “We who have fought and bled won’t stand such insults.’’ Pandemonium reigned and a : ght threatened.
