Some of his finest songs and best-known works will be rendered at the anniversary concert presented by the Dunedin Burns Club in His Majesty’s Theatre on Monday evening next. Tho address is to be delivered by tho Rev. Hugh Graham, late of Canada, while the following artists should be heard to advantage Misses Mary Pratt, Evelyn Shepard, ’ Messrs Arthur Macdonald, E. Hawes, John Kennedy, A. M'Dowell, J. M'Farlane, A. Sligo, Mr A. Pettitt’s Trio reel party, Pipe Band, and Burns Choir. Plans are at Begg’s, and early booking is urged.
