D. Humphreys failed to appear on a judgment summons for £9 7s and costs issued by the D.S.A. Ltd., and was sentenced to ten dqys’ imprisonment unless the amount is paid forthwith. \ W. Miller was ordered to pay £1 7s 7d and costs forthwith to J, Hope, default being fixed at two days’ imprisonment.
