SWEEPING CHANGES i . NEW ZEALAND AFFECTED. \ Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 20. The Berlin correspondent of the ‘ Daily Express ’ says that sweeping tariff changes will be introduced to-day through an emergency decree directed against countries with depreciated currencies, particularly Britain and Denmark.
