SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL USE OP DAYTONA BEACH SOUGHT., Press Association—By telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, January 18. A message from Daytona Beach states that the city officials will decide on Tuesday whether speed trials by Sir Malcolm Campbell will be permitted. The mayor and the city commission today studied a cablegram from Sir Malcolm asking for reconsideration of an earlier cable message from the mayor stating that no trials would be permitted this year. Sir Malcolm- will be. ready to sail for Florida on January 20.
