SOVIET MANtEUVRES CHILDREN TO TAKE PART. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, January 19. (Received January 20, at 1.30 p.m.) Three thousand children are being trained to partake in the forthcoming chemical defence 'manoeuvres which the Soviet Government is organising. The children will demonstrate in gas masks during poison gas attacks.
